Yes! It is commonly misunderstood that a PayPal account is needed to make payments through PayPal. The truth is you DO NOT need one, although we strongly recommend you sign up to enjoy the added ease of use. Without a PayPal account, all you need is any Debit/Credit card stated below that is supported by PayPal.

This depends on the work required and will be evaluated on assessment. We offer a limited repair service including soldering work, rethreading, or removing stuck beads, and tightening clips, these services will be at a small cost.

Shipping Times & Rates

Currently we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States, and do not ship internationally. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, we do not ship orders to post office boxes.  Standard Shipping rates for Earrings & Bangles are 6$ & Necklaces for 10$. Shipping is free for orders over $150.

Return Policy

Articles once sold cannot be returned. It can only be exchanged if returned in same the condition it was received within 10 days from the date of purchase. Shipping is on you for any item that you’d like to exchange.
Next-day delivery: $30 without signature confirmation or $35 with signature confirmation. Orders placed before 3:00PM EST Monday through Friday will be delivered on the following day, including Saturdays where Saturday delivery service is available. Sunday and holiday delivery are not available.

Yes, we ship our jewelry by trusted carriers such as USPS, FEDEX or UPS.

An email notification with a tracking number will be sent to you once we ship your order. To check on the status of your shipment, click on the tracking number displayed in the email, or check the My Account section on the website.

No, the shipping fee is nonrefundable, unless we shipped an incorrect item, or the item has a defect. Returns are accepted up to 10 days from the ship date.

Your GehnaByChandana jewelry should always be handled with care.

All costume jewelry will tarnish over time, but it will happen much faster when it comes in contact with perfume, salty air, Sulphur, skin creams, hairspray, chlorine and acidic skin ph. The amount of tarnishing(oxidation) that occurs is dependent on the skin and care of the wearer. Tarnishing is therefore not a manufacturing defect.

Jewelry should be stored away from natural sunlight and heat in airtight protective jewelry box. Do not store your jewelry in the bathroom. GehnaByChandana encourages to remove the jewelry prior to cleaning, bathing and swimming and ensure that the jewelry is not exposed to UV light, hairspray, perfume and cosmetics, we also strongly advice against exposing the jewelry to any harsh chemicals, including ammonia, bleach, chlorine and salt water.
